DESCRIPTION OF FEATURES
Description of Features:
This stone tomb guardian lion has bulging eyes that is looking straight ahead; exposed teeth from the closing mouth; naturally drooping manes; looping fur in tips, and a slightly damage on the left leg. The lion is 1.5 meters high, 1.3 meters long, and 0.74 meters wide in chest. The left leg bears the inscription” 七月十一起” (pinyin:Qi Yue Shi Yi Qi ;meaning since July 11th ) while the chest bears the regular script inscription “民此远备”(pinyin:Min Ci Yuan Bei).These words are illegible.
